Exhibit Hall REGISTRATION

Are you a company who has products or services for school operations, facilities, or grounds?

Join us at the Annual Conference April 16-17 to network with school operations, facility, grounds, custodial, and safety staff. 

Registration is open and served first come, first served. Email the completed registration to us to secure your space in line.

All registered exhibit representatives can attend workshops and meals. 

Companies must register for a booth to attend and be a business member of OSFMA.

Registration must be completed through the account that holds the business membership. 

3. Verify Details & Pay

A credit card can be used at the time of registration, or an invoice will be emailed.


Pricing

Early Bird (before February 25)
$900 per booth

$185 each additional representative

Regular (February 26 and after)
$975 per booth

$185 each additional representative

*Business Membership is required to register. Billed separately.

Booth Details

Each booth includes:

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • Two representative registrations (Includes all meals, workshops, and the dinner party on Wednesday. All reps onsite during the conference must be registered! Additional registrations can be purchased in advance.)
  • Standard booth furnishings (8’ tall backdrop, 3’ side walls, 6' table with tablecloth, 2 chairs, and one - 120V outlet)

Exhibitor Schedule

Exhibitors are invited to participate in workshops and meals to maximize the networking opportunities.

Exhibitor Services

The main registrant will receive information from Fern Expo mid-March.  

Fern Expo is available to help with the booth space needs. Need to ship to/from the conference? Need a sign printed? Want a different table style? Fern will help with all sorts of requests.

Note on Shipping: Do not ship directly to or from the property. Inbound and outbound shipping must be arranged directly through Fern.

*If shipping, furnishings or services, are not needed there is no need to login to OneView or contact Fern Expo.

Planning Your Space

All equipment must fit within the dimensions of the purchased booth space. If equipment will not fit without spilling into the isle, purchase additional booth space ahead of time. Exhibitors may be asked to remove equipment that violates this rule.


Move In / Out

Move in and out through the WEST ENTRANCES to the exhibit hall. Parking is available in the same area to make entry and exit easier. 

Large roll up doors will be available on a limited basis from 8 - 10 am on Wednesday. 

There is no loading dock. There is room for lift trucks to unload. Special moving equipment for large pallets or large items is not available unless coordinated with Fern Expo in advance.
